Mr. Rizvi holds a rich experience of 30+ years in the construction industry. With his expertise and vast knowledge about the industry, he has constantly been inspiring other members at NPI to set and meet new goals. NPI started its entrepreneurship journey with some prestigious government projects under his guidance that added many golden feathers to its hat. With his mentorship by its side, the company has reached levels which wouldn't have been possible either. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Mysore University and also serves as the M. D at Indotech Projects Pvt Ltd which is among the leading construction companies.
Alina Rizvi is an electrical engineering graduate who also holds a degree in Advanced PV course from U.S Solar Institute. With a certification in HVAC and a decade's experience in design and installation of large scale MW projects under National Solar Mission (NSM) while working in India’s renowned solar companies, she is determined to use her expertise for NPI's growth and inspire people by constantly setting new benchmarks. Alina believes in proving her worth by bringing innovation to existing practices.

Being a civil engineering graduate, Hassan Newton Rizvi also holds a Business Management degree from IIT Delhi and a degree in Construction Management from NICMAR. Having an extensive experience of 15+ years in project execution and structural design, he handles project management in the company. He also serves as a director at Indotech Projects Pvt Ltd. Being one of the co-founders at NPI, he focuses on using recyclable materials and uses his core technical expertise to pace up the project delivery and ensure seamless execution.
